Brad Hendricks leads The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, a personal injury and medical malpractice practice. For many years he worked as a trial attorney focused almost entirely on medical negligence, especially cases involving children with cerebral palsy and other birth injuries tied to obstetric or pediatric care, and in recent years he has concentrated on managing the firm and overseeing its caseload.

Hendricks earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1980 and a bachelor’s degree cum laude from Arizona State University in 1977. He is admitted in Arkansas, Texas and Missouri, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. His father, Lowber Hendricks, practiced law in Little Rock and served as a Pulaski County circuit judge. As a teenager, Hendricks was badly hurt as a passenger in a crash caused by a drunk driver, an experience he credits with shaping his connection to injured clients.

He served as president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in 2003-2004 and has chaired the Arkansas Bar Association’s Professional Ethics Committee. The trial lawyers association gave him its Henry Woods Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011, and the Arkansas Bar Association has presented him its Golden Gavel Award four times.
