Sach D. Oliver is a trial attorney and CEO of Oliver Law Firm in Rogers, Arkansas. He represents injured people and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including 18-wheeler and construction site accidents.
Oliver is the author of Depositions Are Trial, which documents his methodology of running depositions like trial, building visual aids into every case and selecting cases carefully so each matter receives the full firm’s attention. He teaches that approach to state and national trial lawyer organizations and is on the faculty of Trial Lawyers University.
He was inducted into the Inner Circle of Advocates in 2026 and serves on the Board of Regents of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, where he is board certified. Oliver is a past president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (2022-2023) and was named the association’s Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2008 and Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2015. The firm’s catastrophic injury team, which he leads, was named Trial Team of the Year in 2022.
Oliver earned his undergraduate degree in agricultural business from Arkansas State University, where he was student government president, and his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. As a law student he won the Best Oral Advocate award in the American College of Trial Lawyers’ National Trial Competition.
