Molly McKibben is a partner at Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP in El Segundo, California. She represents people hurt in trucking and vehicle crashes, families in wrongful death cases, workers facing discrimination and clients living with traumatic brain injuries.

After a month-long trial, she won a $5 million verdict for a man whose 22-year-old son was killed, and who was hurt himself, when a big rig’s steer tire blew out beside his car on the freeway. She was also on the trial team that obtained a $2.7 million verdict against Los Angeles County for a law enforcement psychologist who was demoted and retaliated against after reporting gender discrimination, and she has resolved many brain injury cases through confidential settlements.

McKibben serves on the boards of governors of both the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. She mentors law students through Pepperdine’s Preceptor Program, CAALA and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, where she also volunteers with the Domestic Violence Project. The Daily Journal named her to its Top 40 Under 40 in 2020 and its Top Women Lawyers list in 2025 and 2026. She earned her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree in print journalism and Italian from the University of Southern California.
