While the work I do can never get them their loved ones back, I can make sure that they see some semblance of justice and the companies responsible for their loss are held to account.

Lenny Sandoval is a lead trial attorney with the mesothelioma and asbestos team at Weitz & Luxenberg P.C. in Los Angeles, California. He represents people harmed by asbestos exposure and, most often, families who have lost a loved one to asbestos-related disease, handling cases from intake through trial for clients around the country.

Sandoval joined the firm in April 2011 and has devoted much of his practice to trial work since 2017. After second-chairing several trials, he led his first trial in 2022, which ended in a verdict for his client. His firm bio lists verdicts that include $260 million against Johnson & Johnson in 2024 and $43 million in 2022, with some on appeal.

He earned his law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2010 and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State University, Fullerton, in 2007. He is licensed in California and Washington and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit.
