Each client, each case is unique, but I always treat my clients in the same manner. I feel responsible for my clients' well-being.

John Demas is the founding partner of Demas Law Group in Sacramento, California, and has represented only injured people for more than 30 years. He is the firm’s primary trial attorney and supervises all of its litigated cases, which include wrongful death, vehicle and trucking crashes, bicycle collisions and brain injuries.

His results include a $32 million wrongful death verdict against the City of Sacramento for children who lost their father, a $10.5 million verdict the firm calls the largest for a bicycle collision in Sacramento County, a $9.75 million settlement for the wrongful death of a baby, and an $11 million confidential settlement after a family SUV was broadsided. Many of his cases come to him by referral from other plaintiff attorneys.

Demas earned his law degree with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992, after a political science degree from the University of the Pacific, and was admitted to the California bar that year. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has held leadership roles in its Sacramento Valley chapter, sits on the board of the Consumer Attorneys of California and is a past president of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association.
