    Casey Johnson is a partner at Aitken Aitken Cohn in Santa Ana, California, where he represents injured people and families in wrongful death, insurance bad faith, premises liability, government tort liability, elder abuse and traumatic brain injury cases.

    Johnson graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned his law degree from USC Law School in 2002. He joined Aitken Aitken Cohn as a law clerk in June 2001, became an associate in July 2002 and was promoted to partner in 2012.

    The firm credits him with numerous seven- and eight-figure recoveries, including post-trial work on Feitler v. E.A. Pedersen Power Products, which produced a $23,500,000 trial verdict, and a $5,000,000 wrongful death settlement in Huie v. Southland Sod. He was named a finalist for Consumer Attorneys of California’s 2024 Consumer Attorney of the Year award for insurance bad faith work.

    Johnson is president-elect of Consumer Attorneys of California for 2026 and a longtime member of its board of directors. He is a past president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Western Trial Lawyers Association, and he has been a member of the Governor’s Orange County Judicial Selection Advisory Committee since 2019.
