Arash Homampour is a trial lawyer and the founder of The Homampour Law Firm, PC in Sherman Oaks, California. He represents plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, often against public entities and large companies, including claims over dangerous roads and public property, defective products, unsafe premises, insurance bad faith and unlawful employment practices.

The firm reports more than $1 billion in verdicts, settlements and judgments. His results include a $90 million verdict and judgment against a hotel in a complex medical causation case, a $38 million settlement with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power that led to changes in its power pole inspection program and multiple wrongful death verdicts above $30 million. He has also briefed and argued appeals, including a win before the California Supreme Court in Cortez v. Abich.

Homampour earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Southern California and attended Southwestern University School of Law, paying for both himself. He has been admitted in California since 1993, is an active member of the Inner Circle of Advocates and serves on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, which named him Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2010. He founded the nonprofit There Is A Light Foundation.
