Javier A. Finlay is the founder of Finlay Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida, where he represents people injured in car crashes, falls and other accidents throughout Miami-Dade County, along with wrongful death and insurance dispute claims. Before opening his own firm, Finlay spent years on the defense side, representing businesses and insurance carriers in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation.
