David M. Alpizar is a partner at Alpizar Law, a personal injury firm in Palm Bay, Florida, that serves clients across Brevard County and Central Florida. He represents people hurt in auto and trucking crashes and on unsafe property, as well as families pursuing wrongful death claims.
Alpizar has worked in civil trial litigation since 2004. He spent several years representing insured individuals and companies under personal and corporate policies before returning to Melbourne, Florida, to focus on injury victims, and he has obtained several seven-figure recoveries. He earned a finance degree from the University of Florida in 2001 and his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he served on the St. Thomas Law Review.
