Jenn Gore

Jenn Gore came from a family of business people, not lawyers, and was the first in her family to attend law school. A run of hard events in her late teens and early 20s put her on the client’s side of the table: a catastrophic car wreck that ended her collegiate rowing career, an employer who stole her identity and left her defending herself in federal court and the death of a longtime boyfriend. Watching lawyers hold the knowledge and the control, she decided she wanted both.

Gore is the founder of Evergreen Business Coaching in Atlanta, Georgia, where she coaches law firm owners; the website is evergreenbizcoaching.com. Before that she built Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group from a spare bedroom into a large, branded personal injury practice, opening it when her daughter was two months old. She grew it like a business, hiring a coach, learning intake, hiring, management and firm finances, refusing what her coach called door law and branding early with one of the first firm trade names in Georgia. She sold the firm to Sweet James in 2025.

The case Gore holds closest predates her law license. A loved one was hurt in a collision, and the claim was mishandled and undervalued. She cites it as a lasting reminder that every case is owed a lawyer’s best. Having spent her own late teens and early 20s as a client after a car wreck, an identity theft and a federal court fight, she carried that conviction into the firm she built, which she kept focused solely on personal injury rather than taking whatever walked in the door.

Gore earned a B.S. in business management from Marist College in 2007 and her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2012, moving into the evening program so she could work 30 hours a week at a law firm and serving as student body president. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2013. She is a past president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation and of her law school’s alumni association, which gave her its Distinguished Alumni Award in 2024.

Gore was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Georgia every year from 2018 through 2024 and to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers. She received The National Trial Lawyers Award for Best Social Media in 2024, the Daily Report Award for Best Social Media and an Avvo Clients’ Choice Award. Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group made the Inc. 5000 list from 2022 through 2024. She also co-authored Tiger Tactics: CEO Edition in 2023.
