Jenn Gore

Jenn Gore is a Georgia attorney who built and sold a personal injury firm and now coaches law firm owners as the founder of Evergreen Business Coaching. The first in her family to attend law school, she grew Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group from a spare bedroom into a large, branded personal injury practice before selling it to Sweet James in 2025.

Gore came from a family of business people, not lawyers. A series of hard events in her late teens and early twenties — a catastrophic car wreck that ended her collegiate rowing career, an employer who stole her identity and left her defending herself in federal court, and the death of a longtime boyfriend — put her on the client’s side of the table, where she watched lawyers hold the knowledge and the control, and decided she wanted both.

She earned her law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, moving into the evening program so she could work 30 hours a week at a law firm, and became her school’s student body president. She passed the bar and opened her own firm when her daughter was two months old.

Gore grew the firm the way a businessperson grows a company. She hired a coach and spent years learning intake, hiring, management and firm finances, refused what a coach called ‘door law’ to focus solely on personal injury, and branded early, taking what she believed was one of the first firm trade names in Georgia.

After building the firm into a business with real market value, she sold it to Sweet James and turned to Evergreen Business Coaching, which she had already founded. The case she holds closest predates her license — a loved one’s collision that was mishandled and undervalued — which she cites as a lasting reminder that every case is owed a lawyer’s best.
