Christopher M. Barry is a partner at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he represents injured people and families across the state in personal injury and wrongful death cases. His work covers car and commercial truck crashes, slip-and-fall incidents and other accidents caused by negligence, and he represents only those harmed, not those who caused the harm.

A West Lafayette native, Barry graduated magna cum laude from Wabash College in 2003 with a political science degree and earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2006. He clerked at the firm during law school, joined as an attorney after graduation and became a partner in 2019. He is admitted in Indiana, Missouri and Illinois.

The National Trial Lawyers has listed him among its Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Indiana and its Top 40 Under 40, and Indiana Super Lawyers named him a Rising Star. He lives in Fishers with his family, coaches youth baseball and takes part in the firm’s annual bike helmet giveaway.
