Shawn Foster is a partner at Preuss | Foster Law, whose Kansas City office is in Leawood, Kansas. Foster began his career defending insurance companies, their insureds and Fortune 500 companies before switching sides to represent individuals. He has handled cases for plaintiffs in 46 states and Canada and has been appointed to national committees by judges. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, along with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in industrial management from Central Missouri State University, and is admitted in Kansas, Missouri and the U.S. Supreme Court.
