We only consider ourselves successful after we've obtained the highest recovery the law will allow for our clients.

Anthony Tarricone is a partner in the Boston office of Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, where he represents families in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. His work spans aviation disasters, defective products, medical negligence, and cross-border and travel accidents, and he brings more than 30 years of experience to those claims.

Tarricone serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the Boeing 737 MAX litigation arising from the crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, overseeing clients from several European countries, and on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for litigation over the January 2025 midair collision of an Army helicopter and American Eagle Flight 5342 over the Potomac River. He represented the families of three students killed in the Asiana Flight 214 crash in San Francisco, and he resolved a federal civil rights case against the town of Framingham, Massachusetts, on behalf of the family of Eurie Stamps. He also chaired the media and public relations committee in the NFL concussion litigation and coordinated that committee in the Deepwater Horizon litigation.

He is a past president of both the American Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and he was the first American elected to the board of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers. Tarricone graduated first in his class from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a note editor of the law review, and clerked for the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Before joining Kreindler, he was a founding partner of Sarrouf, Tarricone & Flemming, where he led the aviation practice.
