Jason Pottenger is the founder of The Pottenger Law Firm LLC, a personal injury litigation practice in Kansas City, Missouri. He represents people hurt in car and truck crashes, workplace and construction accidents and other serious injury cases, as well as families pursuing wrongful death claims, in Missouri and Kansas.
Pottenger has practiced for more than three decades. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Missouri and a law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and he has been licensed in Missouri since 1992 and in Kansas since 1993. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, taught continuing education programs for other lawyers and written on personal injury and premises liability litigation.
He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, holds an AV Preeminent rating, and has been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, and the Kansas City Business Journal’s Best of the Bar.
