    Steve Garner is a Springfield, Missouri, trial lawyer and shareholder at Strong Law, P.C. He has tried personal injury, wrongful death and product liability cases on behalf of injured people since joining the firm in 1986.

    Garner became a shareholder of Strong Law in 1990 and is an officer of the firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University in 1983 and graduated first in his class from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Arkansas and holds the National Board of Trial Advocacy’s Civil Trial Advocate certification.

    He served as president of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys in 2013-14 and as president of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association in 2007. His memberships include the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Inner Circle of Advocates. He has also spoken and written on trial advocacy, personal injury law and insurance bad faith.
