Danny Newman is of counsel at The Donahey Law Firm in Columbus, Ohio, where his practice is devoted entirely to serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He represents people badly hurt, and families of those killed, in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, industrial accidents, defective products and car, motorcycle and truck crashes.
Newman spent roughly two decades on the defense side before joining the firm. He managed a satellite office of a regional insurance defense firm, helped lead its trucking litigation group and co-chaired its long-term care litigation group. He now draws on that background to represent injured clients against corporations and insurers.
Newman earned his law degree summa cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2002. He is admitted in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, is a senior fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and belongs to the Ohio chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is married with three children.
