Melissa Bobadilla is the founder of Bobadilla Law, PC, a personal injury practice with offices in Beaverton and Portland, Oregon. She represents people hurt through someone else’s fault, with a caseload centered on car crashes, bicycle collisions and catastrophic injuries, and she works only for individual clients rather than insurance companies.
Bobadilla grew up in Washington’s Yakima Valley and has lived in Oregon for more than 20 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish at Pacific Lutheran University and a master’s degree in Spanish at the University of Oregon before attending Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school she clerked at both a plaintiff’s firm and a defense firm, and she has handled personal injury work since graduating. Before law, she held jobs ranging from agricultural field work to banking and taught Spanish at the college level.
She is licensed in Oregon and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, speaks Spanish fluently, and also advises business clients. Her memberships include the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
