Jeffrey A. Pribanic is an attorney with Pribanic & Pribanic, working from the firm’s White Oak, Pennsylvania, office in the Pittsburgh area. He represents injured workers and accident victims, concentrating on workers’ compensation, workplace injuries and personal injury claims, and he regularly takes cases to verdict.

Over more than three decades of practice, Pribanic has handled car and motorcycle crashes, workplace falls and premises liability cases. Many of his workers’ compensation matters lead to separate claims against negligent third parties, including medical malpractice claims, and he is experienced in resolving the wage and medical liens that often attach to those recoveries.

Pribanic earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1989 after completing bachelor’s degrees at Bowling Green State University. He is admitted in Pennsylvania and Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Earlier in his career he served as an assistant district attorney in Fayette County and as a school director and board president for the McKeesport Area School District. His results include a $6.34 million verdict in a motorcycle crash case and a $4.2 million settlement in a school bus death case.
