    In 2018, The National Law Journal and The National Trial Lawyers named him to their Products Liability Trial Team of the Year for a $242.1 million verdict against an automobile manufacturer, in a case involving two children with severe traumatic brain injuries. The firm also credits him with a $10.9 million wrongful death verdict in Dallas County arising from a charter bus rollover and a $7.26 million wrongful death verdict after a tractor-trailer crashed into stopped traffic.

    Brooker is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has held leadership roles with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association.
