Texas Monthly has named him a Super Lawyer every year since 2003, and he was Best Lawyers in America’s 2023 Lawyer of the Year for plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation in Dallas/Fort Worth. He has written 90 published articles on personal injury trial law.
