    Lena B. Laurenzo is a Houston trial lawyer and partner at Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner who represents people injured or killed by the negligence of individuals and companies. Her practice covers personal injury and maritime law in Texas.

She took part in the school’s trial advocacy program, clerked for Judge R.K. Sandill of the 127th District Court and graduated in 2015 as an inductee of the Order of Barristers. She began practicing after passing the Texas bar and joined Abraham Watkins in 2019.

    At her first trial, Laurenzo co-led a wrongful death case that resulted in a $17,720,000 jury verdict. In a more recent product liability wrongful death trial that she co-led, a Mississippi jury returned a unanimous verdict of $9,864,571.54.

    Laurenzo serves on the Houston Trial Lawyers Association executive committee as director of its diversity committee and is founding chair of the Houston Bar Association’s LGBTQ+ Committee. She has taught trial advocacy and depositions as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
