Will Moye is a Houston trial lawyer at Moye Law Firm who represents injured Texans in catastrophic injury cases, including trucking, oilfield, workplace safety, plant explosion and product liability matters. He previously defended corporations and insurers in similar cases.
According to his firm biography, Moye has a 25-year career in the courtroom. He has tried cases in Harris, Dallas, Bexar and Travis counties and in Glasscock County, and he has tried or litigated complex personal injury claims in each of Texas’ four federal districts. He served as lead trial counsel in petrochemical refinery explosion cases with multiple catastrophic injuries and in transportation claims involving energy companies, national trucking companies, truck brokers, shippers and third-party logistics companies.
As a defense lawyer, Moye represented companies including Ford Motor Co., Volvo, Toyota, Michelin, ExxonMobil, Chevron and Shell Oil Co. He also monitored catastrophic claims for the London and Bermuda insurance markets, and his firm says that experience informs how he approaches excess insurance and Stowers demands for injured clients.
Moye received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 and his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 1997. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
