    Felix Gavi Luna is a Seattle, Washington, trial lawyer at PWRFL Law whose practice focuses on personal injury cases, civil rights litigation and business disputes.

    Luna earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1997 with highest honors and membership in the Order of the Coif. He spent the first 10 years of his career at Heller Ehrman LLP, where he became a shareholder and focused on complex commercial and civil rights litigation. He joined PWRFL in March 2007 and has been part of trial teams in counties across Washington. He also serves as an adjunct professor and lecturer in the University of Washington School of Law trial advocacy program and coaches the school’s national mock trial team.

    His courtroom work at PWRFL includes the firm’s PCB cases against Monsanto on behalf of Sky Valley Education Center families, a $10 million wrongful death settlement against King County and a $16 million settlement with Seattle Public Schools. He received the Washington State Association for Justice Tom Chambers Trial Lawyer of the Year Award in 2019 and was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2018.

    • $857 Million Verdict: Jury verdict against Pharmacia LLC, formerly Monsanto Chemical Company, on behalf of clients exposed to PCBs at Sky Valley Education Center and Monroe Middle School; Luna and Mike Wampold of PWRFL represented the plaintiffs with co-counsel. The firm described it as the largest jury verdict in Washington State history.
    • $82 Million Verdict: King County jury verdict against Monsanto for a family exposed to PCBs at Sky Valley Education Center, including $61.5 million in punitive damages. Luna, Mike Wampold and Tomás Gahan represented the plaintiff with co-counsel from Friedman Rubin.
    • $16 Million Settlement: Settlement by Seattle Public Schools in a case brought by a former Garfield High School student who was sexually abused by two coaches; the firm described it as the largest tort settlement in the district's history. Luna, Tomás Gahan and Paul Sewell represented the plaintiff.
    • $10 Million Settlement: Wrongful death settlement against King County on behalf of the family of a building maintenance worker who was stabbed to death by a mentally ill tenant. Luna and Tomás Gahan represented the client.
    • $7.15 Million Settlement: Settlement with the State of Washington in a highway design case on behalf of a severely injured client. Luna, Ann Rosato and Tomás Gahan represented the client.
