    Dev Shrotri is the founder and chief executive officer of CloudLex, the legal cloud platform built specifically for personal injury attorneys, with input from personal injury lawyers at every stage of development. His expertise spans cutting-edge technology, management, business process engineering and civil litigation operations.

    Before CloudLex, Shrotri founded and managed Lexvia Inc., one of the largest civil litigation support services in the U.S., providing information management, remote paralegal support and comprehensive case management services to plaintiff law firms nationwide.

    An engineer by training, he worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young in New York City, serving clients in the telecom, media and networks sectors. He was also a software consultant at Sprint Communications in Kansas City, where he helped develop and implement the Local Number Portability System.

    Shrotri’s graduate research focused on multi-agent-based intelligent software systems and included projects with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. His publications include a book chapter, “Distributed Coordination of an Agent Society Based on Obligations and Commitments to Negotiated Agreements,” published by Carnegie Mellon and Springer Verlag.
